Tom Digby is the Head of ETF Capital Markets, Asia Pacific and is responsible for helping investors find the most cost effective and efficient way to buy, sell or switch into Invesco’s range of exchange traded products.

Tom relocated to the Hong Kong office in 2019 from Invesco EMEA, where he held the position of Head of EMEA ETF Client Trading. He joins the growing Invesco Asia Pacific ETF team to provide trading, market knowledge, product structure and educational insight for all of Invesco’s ETF capabilities.

Prior to joining Invesco, Tom worked at Source, a specialized European-based ETF provider acquired by Invesco. As one of the original members of the Capital Markets team, he has a deep understanding of the ETF product suite.

Christopher Friese is head of Asia Pacific for Lyxor ETF of Société Générale, based in Hong Kong since February 2017. He joined Société Générale in 2013 as Lyxor ETF Institutional Sales for Germany, Austria and Eastern Europe. He headed the Eastern European expansion for Lyxor ETF and had sole responsibility for building the Lyxor ETF business in Eastern Europe. Prior to joining Société Générale, he worked for Royal Bank of Scotland where he was part to the Institutional Sales team of the RBS Market Access ETF range promoting ETFs in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. He also worked for Barclays Global Investors and BlackRock Asset Management, where he was an essential part of the iShares Product Development Team and iShares Institutional Sales Team for Germany and Austria. He holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business Administration from RSM/ Erasmus University and a MBA degree from Munich Business School.

Previously Deborah Fuhr served as global head of ETF research and implementation strategy and as a managing director at BlackRock/Barclays Global Investors from 2008 – 2011. She also worked as a managing director and head of the investment strategy team at Morgan Stanley in London from 1997-2008, and as an associate at Greenwich Associates.
She has been working with investors, ETF, ETP providers, index providers, exchanges, MMs and APs, regulators, trade associations, custodians, law firms, accounting firms around the world since 1997.
Ms Fuhr was made a Fellow of CFA UK in January 2020, was the recipient of the ETF.com 2018 lifetime achievement award.

Prior to joining LSEG, Ivan was at KCG, where he was Head of ETF Client Strategy & Distribution. Ivan has over 20 years’ experience in financial markets, having spent 7 years at Goldman Sachs as an Equity Trader and 8 years at DE Shaw LLP (London), where he was European Head of Trading for the US multi-strategy hedge fund. Having started his career in Tokyo in 1997, where he worked for ING Barings in the Equities Division, Ivan then moved to London in 1999 to trade Pan-Asian shares for ING, before joining Goldman Sachs in 2000. Ivan has a Bachelor of Civil Law (B.C.L) from University College Dublin and a postgraduate Higher Diploma in Business Studies, also from U.C.D.
Kevin Gopaul

Kevin Gopaul is the Head of BMO Global Asset Management Canada, Global Head of ETFs and Chief Investment Officer. Kevin is a key asset to the team with over 18 years of progressive investment industry experience, including global passive and active strategies. Prior to joining BMO GAM, he served as Principal, Portfolio Manager at Barclays Global Investors Canada where he played an integral role in overseeing the management of Exchange Traded Funds and Institutional mandates. Kevin also worked as an index arbitrage trader with Scotia Capital. Kevin continues to be an active participant in the financial services industry, serving as a member of the Standard & Poor’s Advisory Panel, and the Dow Jones Global Index Committee. Kevin studied Economics, Finance and Computer Science at the University of Waterloo. Kevin was named one of IIAC’s Top 40 Under 40 in 2015 and is currently the Vice Chair of Canadian ETF Association.

Chang Hwan Sung is a Portfolio Manager for the Invesco Investment Solutions team. In this role, his responsibilities focus on research and asset allocation involving Asian asset classes and management of multi-asset portfolios for Asian clients.
Based in Hong Kong, Mr. Sung joined Invesco in 2018. Prior to joining the firm, he was head of quantitative investments at Samsung Asset Management (HK). Before that, he was director and portfolio manager for Asian quantitative equities at BlackRock, based in San Francisco and Hong Kong. Mr. Sung has been in the industry since 2006.
Mr. Sung earned a BS degree from Seoul National University and an MS in financial mathematics and a PhD in management science and engineering from Stanford University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) charterholder.
Paul Jackson

Paul Jackson is Global Head of Asset Allocation Research at Invesco. Paul previously worked at Société Générale in Paris and London, holding positions as Macro Specialist Sales, Equity Strategist and Global Head of Research. He started his career at Morgan Stanley in London in Corporate Finance and Equity Research before transferring to New York to join Morgan Stanley Asset Management. He holds a BSc in Economics from the London School of Economics and a Master of Philosophy in Economics from Oxford.
Jessie Meng

Jessie Meng has 10 years of quantitative investment and smart beta product experience with institutional clients in North America, Europe and China. She lead the product origination and innovation to design equity quant strategy and smart beta strategies at Huata-PineBridge. Prior to joining Huatai-PineBridge, Jessie spent seven years at MSCI as Vice President, Institutional Factor Investing Consultant in their San Francisco office. In this role, she conducted client portfolio analysis for global institutional investors including some of the largest pension funds, endowments/foundations and investment consultants across North America and Asia Pacific. Before this, Jessie spent two years as investment analyst at Prudential Life Insurance in the Japan. She holds a BA in Economics and Accounting from the University of California, Los Angeles. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charter holder and is a Women in ETF member.

Based in Hong Kong, Jean-François oversees the secondary and primary market activity of SPDR ETFs in the Asia Pacific region with the purpose of improving user experience whilst trading SPDR ETFs. In this role, Jean-François also provides thought leadership and engages with the industry on ETF trading and liquidity topics. Prior to joining State Street Global Advisors, Jean-François worked at Deutsche Asset Management in London. As an ETF Capital Market Specialist, he was providing ETF trading and execution intelligence to a broad client base across Europe, South America and Asia Pacific.

As Head of Investment Solutions, Aleksey’s focus is on cost-efficient portfolio construction and asset allocation for individual and family office clients. Before joining The Capital Company, he was Partner and Chief Distribution Officer at Premia Partners, where he helped take the firm from inception to 8th by ETF assets in Hong Kong. Prior to Premia, he was Head of APAC FI and Head of AxJ Institutional Sales at iShares. Before moving to Hong Kong, Aleksey was based in BlackRock’s London and Tokyo offices, helping insurers, pensions and asset managers invest globally. He began his career in New York, working with Asian and Middle Eastern clients. Aleksey earned a Bachelor of Science degree, magna cum laude, in Finance and General Accounting from New York University.

Melody is based in Beijing.
